The constitution sets objectives of Toolbar which are are to: Assist newly unemployed people by the provision of a centre where they can meet other people in a similar situation so that they can help and support each other and where Toolbar volunteers: Give cutting edge CV advice and Hone interview techniques. This policy shall remain in force whilst Toolbar operates from the Lounge of the Bourne Snooker Centre on Cherry Holt Road Bourne in Lincolnshire. The week by week management of the policy will be implemented by the Lead Volunteer at each session. The responsibility for 3 monthly checking and risk assessment will be undertaken by the person designated by the management committee at their AGM.
